CD: 1 Giant Leap[PALMCD2077 ]
Released 2/02 on Palm Pictures. Written and produced by Duncan Bridgeman and Jamie Catto. This is a truely ground breaking album, featuring a wealth of international talent mixed with Western pop icons such as Robbie Williams, Maxi Jazz (Faithless), Michael Stipe (REM) and Neneh Cherry. It was a brave mission plan, although the mix of global and pop artists is well balanced and hence the appeal of this album should be across the board. If you've not seen the film footage (available on DVD) that accompanies this CD album then it also comes as highly recomended.

12": Not All Those Who Wander Are Lost[DFI-00-10 PP 127045-1]
Promo released 2001 on Palm Pictures. Produced by Duncan Bridgeman and Jamie Catto. 'Not All Those Who Wander Are Lost' was the first promotional vinyl to be released by 1 Giant Leap, which went on to become the title of disc 2 in the limited edition release DVD. Its well worth hunting out this vinyl as both mixes are excellent, featuring many recognisable elements from tracks on the finished album; namely that of 'Ma Africa'. The Instumental Mix is a slow starter, ticking over in tribal percussion mode, into which a more substantial beat eventually kicks in, building into a decent dancegroove. The Vocal Mix is more upbeat from the off and is a lot busier with all vocal elements, the downside of this is that it almost seems like too much has been forced into this one mix. But that grumble aside, this vinyl offers two significantly different mixes and, more importantly, two great additional tracks that never made it onto the album.

CDS: My Culture[PPCD7073-2]
Released 2001 on Palm Pictures. Written by Bridgeman, Catto, Williams and Butler, except track 3 written by Bridgeman, Catto, Phillips and Andy. Produced by Duncan Bridgeman and Jamie Catto. Vocals by Maxi Jazz and Robbie Williams. This is a great tune, merging the bounderies between pop and global.

12": My Culture[1GLMC12C]
Promotional release 2001 on Palm Pictures. Two deep house mixes on offer here, both of which ditch the main Robbie Williams vocal in favour of Maxi Jazz's rap. The
structure of the two mixes are very similar, differing primarily with the Goldtrix Main Mix including the melody of the original album version, whereas the Goldtrix Maxi Mix adopts a more minimalistic approach without the melody.

12": My Culture[1GLMC12B]
Promotional release 2001 on Palm Pictures. The Nortec Tijuana Mix is a percussive / tribal house version, with minimalistic use of the vocals or melody of the original album mix, whereas the Mutiny Mix is a 4/4 house remix featuring only the Robbie Williams vocal, ditching the melody of the original and Maxi Jazz's rap.

CDS: Braided Hair[PPCD7082-2]
Released 2002 on Palm Pictures. Produced by Duncan Bridgeman and Jamie Catto. Additional remix and production on track 2 by W.O.S.P, and on track 3 by Rae & Christian. This is the second single from the 1 Giant Leap album, yet again homing in on the pop aspect of the album with Neneh Cherry and Speech from Arrested Development. As with 'My Culture', this is a very catchy and well produced tune. However, the gem on this single
is the remix of 'Ma Africa', which ups the tempo over the original, transforming this into a global dance classic.
